Event tickets are $25/regular; $50/generous. Raffle tickets may be purchased for $5 each or $20 for five tickets.
This event raises crucial funds to support arts access for all, which is a core value of THT and its programming. Attendees are invited to peruse and purchase the multi-media works of 20 acclaimed Vermont artists, who are each contributing multiple pieces, representing a variety of price points.
Admission includes music by DJ Serena Kim and guitarist Ken Pasciak, hors d’oeuvres by Crooked Ladle and Sushi Maru, a complimentary beverage, and the one-time opportunity to purchase exceptional works curated by former Edgewater Gallery director Theresa Harris. The event will be staged in THT’s Jackson Gallery and throughout its new wing.

Whether you can attend A Toast to the Arts or not, raffle tickets may be purchased for “An evening of fine art, and fine dining with artist Kathleen Kolb.” This intimate dinner for up to eight guests of your choosing, will feature an artist talk given by Kathleen Kolb alongside a curated selection of her work. The catered dinner is hosted by Ken and Theresa Harris in their home in Middlebury. You do not need to be present at A Toast to the Arts to win.
Kathleen Kolb is known for paintings that depict the honest beauty of Vermont’s working landscape. Her paintings show “true Vermont;” its farming community, town life, and the architectural vernacular that is unique to the state’s rural landscape. Kolb has appeared in numerous publications including Art New England and American Artist. Her work has been exhibited widely in solo and group exhibitions including The Shelburne Museum, The Fleming Museum of Art, and The New Britain Museum of American Art.
