Discover the true story of Daisy Turner, an African American girl in late 19th century Vermont who overcomes a moment of discrimination at school when she is given a black doll for a class assignment. Make a clothespin doll inspired by Daisy's story that is formed with fabric scraps, yarn and more. Program geared to pre-school children accompanied by their parents and elementary school students.
