Addison Housing Works, formerly know as Addison County Community Trust (ACCT), is a nonprofit affordable housing trust located in downtown Vergennes, VT.
We develop, own, and manage affordable housing in Addison County, including rental apartments, mobile home parks, single-family homes, and senior housing.
Addison Housing Works (AHW) strives to enrich the lives of low- and moderate-income people of Addison County by ensuring the development, management and maintenance of safe, quality, affordable homes and related supports for families, seniors and individuals.
