About Us

Common Ground Center is a cooperatively run nonprofit, arts, education, and outdoor recreation and retreat center. We are dedicated to bringing together and strengthening diverse families and communities. Our beautiful 700-acre site demonstrates our commitment to environmental sustainability.

Our signature program is Camp Common Ground, an all-inclusive, week long family vacation, founded in 1994. We also host a number of theme-based programs for families and adults, and our site is available throughout the year for weddings, celebrations, and retreats.

We welcome people of all ages, ethnicities, lifestyles, abilities and economic backgrounds.
