About Us

Vergennes Grand will repurpose and renovate the existing building on North Street in Vergennes.The building will serve as many as 84 residents when expansion and construction is complete. In addition to a tastefully designed expansion, the original 1820 historic building will be restored back to its original Italianate splendor.

Vergennes Grand is designed to serve seniors of all financial abilities by participating in various state and federal programs that support the “forgotten middle” of the senior population who need and deserve, dignified housing and care.

The finished community will offer studio, 1 bedroom, and 2 bedroom apartments for independent or assisted living residents and will also offer private and semi-private accommodations in the memory care suite.
