Community Office Manager

  • has previous experience as a supervisor (banking experience is not necessary)

  • In this role, you will be responsible for providing leadership and supervision to our customer service team, learning our daily branch operations, and assuring our branches have appropriate staffing/coverage. You will also have the support of a group of veteran managers while learning our processes and procedures.
Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm

Rotating Saturdays (approximately one per month, 8:30am - 12:30pm)

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous supervisory experience
  • Two years customer service experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Problem solving / critical thinking skills
  • Attention to detail
Salary Description
$65,000-$80,000 negotiable depending on experience
