Carpenter’s Helper/Apprentice

We are actively seeking high-energy Carpenter’s Helpers to join our team. You will collaborate with other Carpenters on your assigned project to construct, install, and repair structures and fixtures made of wood, plywood, wallboard, and laminate. Structures include building frameworks, partitions, door and window frames, wooden stairways, rafters, and flooring. Candidates should have a good working knowledge of standard industry tools and equipment. Many of our projects will require extended hours and weekends, so a flexible schedule is expected.

Carpenter's Helper Duties and Responsibilities ​

• Serve on a team of builders as an able-bodied assistant 

 Carpenter Requirements and Qualifications ​

• You must be able to follow directions, have a basic understanding of framing, siding, and trim installation 
• Maintain a positive and willing attitude as you work with your team 
• Valid driver’s license is preferred 
• You may be asked to pass a drug test and background check.  

High school diploma as well as one to two years of both construction and carpentry experience.  
Flexible schedule: Many projects may require you to help after hours and/or on weekends 

Physical requirements include being able to bend, climb, and lift at least 50 pounds throughout your shift.
