Work in one of the most beautiful locations in all of Vermont, the University of Vermont Morgan Horse Farm.
This National Historic Landmark is a University of Vermont teaching facility and home to a historically significant herd of Morgan horses, the Vermont State Animal. Each year we welcome thousands of visitors from all over the world between May and October.
We are looking for Tourism Attendants to join our team between mid-April and the end of October. Pay rate is between $15-$17 dollars/hour, commensurate on experience, (baby horse scratches are a notable non-monetary benefit).
Tourism attendants drive the guest experience by orienting guests upon arrival, giving guided tours, and operating the gift shop.
We are looking for candidates with professional communication skills, customer service experience, and a positive, team-oriented attitude. Must be able to work independently, and stand/walk for much of the day. Flexibility and dependability are a must.
Hours are between 9:30am and 4:30pm and we are open seven days/week. Multiple shifts are available with a start date of mid-April 2025. Offer contingent on a successful background screen.
Candidates should email uvmorgan@UVM.edu for more information, or call (802) 388-2011.
