Registered Nurse (RN), Flexible Part-Time

Addison Housing Works is looking for a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Support and Services at Home (SASH) team as an independent contractor (20 hrs/week). SASH is a nationally recognized program that helps older adults and people with disabilities live safely and independently at home by providing wellness support, preventive care, and care coordination.

This meaningful, flexible work could be ideal for a semi-retired nurse or someone seeking part-time, community-based work that makes a real difference. The Wellness Nurse provides health coaching, medication support, wellness clinics, and care coordination to residents across several housing communities in Addison County, including Vergennes, Bristol, and the Shoreham area.

• Flexible weekday schedule (~20 hrs/week)
• Independent contractor role (1099)
• $50–$65/hour, commensurate with experience
• Mileage reimbursed at the IRS rate
• Vermont RN license required
