Part Time Housekeeper
The Strong House Inn is looking for a part time housekeeper to join our crew. We are a 13-room bed & breakfast, with a small team of dedicated crew to welcome our guests and provide high quality, comfortable lodging and events to the area.

Position Title: Housekeeper
Reports to: Housekeeping Supervisor/Owner
Job Summary:
The Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and guest satisfaction throughout the property. This position requires efficiency, attention to detail, and the ability to clean the needed rooms and public spaces on a daily basis in accordance with established standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Guest Room & Common Area Cleaning:
- Clean and refresh guest rooms quickly, neatly, and efficiently.
- Ensure guest room corridors and common areas are tidy and presentable.
- Maintain neat and organized housekeeping supplies, storage areas, and equipment.
- Maintain a friendly and approachable attitude toward guests and colleagues.
- Present a clean and professional appearance while on duty.
- Respect and handle all property equipment with care to prevent damage.
- Identify and report any maintenance, mechanical, or electrical issues in guest rooms.
- Properly label and submit all lost and found items to the housekeeping supervisor or owner.
- Assist with special cleaning projects as needed.
- Complete other duties as assigned by the housekeeping supervisor or owner.
Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to lift, bend, and perform repetitive motions throughout the workday.
- Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Prior housekeeping experience is preferred but not required.
