We have an immediate opening for a Sales and Marketing Consultant at our Colchester, Vermont office. This position offers a long-term career opportunity with unlimited earning potential. You will work alongside a team of dedicated and passionate sales leaders offering a unique product suite of Broadcast Radio and Digital Marketing solutions to our clientele. We seek a candidate with energy, who is organized and most importantly likes to win! Experience with Outside Broadcast and/or Digital Media Sales is definitely a big plus, however we will train the right candidate. You must be outgoing, fun with a positive attitude! Duties

• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships
• Collaborate with our team to develop customized advertising solutions that meet client needs and expectations
• Identify new opportunities through networking, market analysis and lead generation
• Meet monthly goals and expectations

• Minimum High School diploma or equivalent Sales Experience: 2 years (preferred)
• Proven track record in business-to-business sales and account management
• Excellent communication skills: in-person, phone, email
• Highly organized and able to self-manage
• Highly motivated, goal-oriented and competitive
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
