Pay Rate: $20.00/hour
Eligible Age: 18 years and older
Overview:
Academic Enrichment Program Support staff are experienced team members who have demonstrated reliability, initiative, and strength in supporting both students and classrooms. AEPS staff are flexible, responsive, and capable of meeting evolving program needs under the guidance of the AEL (Academic Enrichment Leader).
Responsibilities:
* Provide direct support in classrooms across a range of grade levels Offer individualized and small-group support for students as assigned
* Assist in maintaining positive routines and student engagement
* Support program-wide initiatives or tasks as assigned by the AEL
* Help create a welcoming, inclusive, and safe environment for all students
* Communicate effectively with team members and students
Eligibility & Considerations:
* AEPS must be 18+ years old
* AEPS must have at least one full year of experience working with youth
* AEPS must demonstrate the ability to support classroom management, student learning, and broader program needs
* Assignments and roles may vary day-to-day and are determined at the discretion of the AEL
