Staff Engineer

Summary Description: Provides engineering assistance to Project and Senior Engineers within the firm.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Possesses foundational engineering concepts through undergraduate-level education.
- Acquires basic knowledge and develops basic skills through mentored experience.
- Performs routine technical work which does not require previous experience.
- Applies learned knowledge and skills to perform assigned tasks.
- Receives close supervision on all aspects of assignments.
- Attains mentored experience from licensed Project and Senior Project Engineers.
- Performs site investigations, surveys, data collection and assigned support to Construction and Technical Groups.
- Education: Bachelor of Science in Engineering.
- Experience: 0 to 2 years of experience. Internship in related field highly desired.
- Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Engineer in Training Certification preferred, but not required.
The salary for this position is competitive and will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.
