In Country H2b Housekeeper-Basin Harbor’s Housekeepers are responsible for cleaning, maintaining, and setting up all rooms, cottages, and public areas.  In addition, housekeepers assigned to the Laundry Department maintain all linens from accommodations, dining venues, and events.

Event Set Up-The Event Set Up team prepares and breaks down all group meetings, weddings, luncheons, and banquets, including outdoor dining. This position is very physically demanding and requires a lot of strength and stamina. Perfect for someone looking to start in the events industry or learn more about how large events happen from start to finish! You will receive all the training necessary to perform at the highest standard and learn to read and carry out BEOs (Banquet Event Orders).  You will be part of an amiable and hardworking team. The ideal candidate loves to work with others, is a great communicator, and always tries to be helpful and friendly.  Event Setup Lead promotion is possible for the right candidate after the season starts. 

House Person-The Houseperson is the primary support role of the Housekeeping Department.  The Houseperson assists all other staff in keeping the resort clean and stocked with ample supplies.

Laundry Worker-Laundry Worker sorts, launders, folds, and stores all linen from accommodations, dining venues, and events on the Basin Harbor property.

Public Space Attendant-The Public Space Attendant keeps resort public areas–dining rooms, meeting rooms, lobbies, stairs, porches, entrances, walks, and immediate outside surroundings, etc.–and staff areas–bathrooms, break areas, offices, etc.–as specifically assigned, in clean and orderly condition.

Reservation Agent (Seasonal)-In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, processing reservations, and ensuring a seamless booking experience. You will work directly with customers via phone, email, and other communication channels, providing exceptional service while maintaining accuracy and efficiency. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong customer service mindset, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Rooms Housekeeper-The Rooms Housekeeper is responsible for the cleanliness of guest rooms, cottages, and Housekeeping storage areas.

Retail Associate – Harbor Store (Local Only)-The Harbor Store is a convenient retail shop that is located near the waterfront. We offer grab & go foods, candy, scooped and soft-serve ice cream (creemees.) We sell bottled and canned beer & wine, non-alcoholic beverages, and a selection of toys and small items. This is a very busy guest area and you will be expected to provide exceptional service and information to guests of all ages.
