We strive to not only provide excellent customer service to our guests but also remember that often our fellow staff members are our customers too. Bell Person-The Bell Staff serves resort guests by greeting them upon their arrival at Basin Harbor and assisting them with their varied needs, presenting a confident, welcoming attitude.

Front Desk Agent-The Front Desk Agent greets and checks in all guests upon their arrival and provides a smooth experience at checkout. The Agent offers assistance to guests during their stay by answering questions, resolving issues, and dispatching housekeeping or maintenance to respond to guest requests.
