Pay Rate: $15.00/hour
Eligible Age Range: 15–17 years old.
Overview: Academic Enrichment Support staff are high school students who provide critical support to ELP after-school programs. They serve as energetic, compassionate assistants who help maintain a safe, fun, and engaging learning environment for younger students.
Responsibilities:
- Support classroom teachers and program leaders during after-school hours
- Engage directly with students through play, academic activities, and enrichment projects
- Assist with snack distribution and clean-up Participate in and facilitate movement-based activities (outdoor play, gym time, etc.)
- Help maintain classroom organization and cleanliness
- Model positive behavior and respectful communication
- Respond to the needs of students under the guidance of adult staff
